The Stl’lhalem Sintl’ Trail, or Legacy Trail, or Climb Trail is a 6.6km ascending trail from Garibaldi Park Rd to the top of Angry Midget. To access the trailhead, follow up Garibaldi Park Rd behind Quest University and take the 1st parking lot on your left, shortly after the paved road becomes gravel.
This trail climbs almost 400m in elevation and will likely leave your lungs and legs in pain. The views and forest scenery along the way, however, make the trek well worth it. Turn left at the top of the ascent (after catching your breath) to access Angry Midget or Half Nelson. Angry Midget is a minute’s ride away from the top of Climb. A few minutes of easy descending further is the entrance to Half Nelson.
