Icy Hole of Death

Icy Hole of Death is certainly one of my favourite trails to ride in Squamish. It is a playful trail, and has a mix of cross-country feel and short technical descents which make it an overall fast but challenging ride. Riders can choose to ride slow and conservatively or pedal hard and push the limits.

The trail is accessed from the bottom End-Hole Connector, including a short but difficult uphill. After dropping nearly 100m of elevation on Icy Hole, the trail finishes along the bottom end of Jacks Trail. From here, turn right on Jacks to head to Alice Lake, or left to access Brackentrail or the Perth Drive area. Alternatively, follow up the gravel road on your left shortly after passing the entrance to Brackentrail to add on a short downhill section on either Around the Rock or Take the Donut that will lead you back to Jacks.
