Credit Line

Credit Line is a classic  Squamish trail that encompasses a great amount of variety. This 2km-length of trail features daunting uphills, twisty technical sections, and chuttery high speed descents. SORCA revamped this trail in spring 2016 to improve drainage and enhance the overall flow.

From the trailhead, the first few minutes of the ride are flat and smooth with a few moderately techy sections just beyond. After descending the ramp (or the ride-around here), get ready for the uphill hurt. After ascending the steep ladder and maneuvering your bike over the large rock after, there are some tight turns up the hill and more than a few roots to navigate. This uphill will surely get the heart pounding and challenge you to maintain some momentum. But hang in there – it’s finally all downhill from the rock roll. In short time, you’ll know it was worth the uphill suffering as you shoot through the forest and feel your suspension working hard. The final section flattens out and spits out onto Jacks, slightly uphill beyond the end of Icy Hole of Death or the trailhead of Brackentrail.

Credit Line is accessed from Mike’s Loop, roughly 300m beyond the top of 50 Shades of Green.
